We’ve all experienced digital pre effects pedals that belong on the Wall of Shame -, especially Overdrive. Modelers of this kind used the linear algorithm which doesn’t provide negative-feedback for dynamic playability. Enter the NUX MG-300, the modeler that will totally blow your mind! The pre-effect block beautifully recreates the awesome signature sound of real analog overdrive/distortion pedals.
In 2010 NUX introduced TSAC (True Simulation of Analog Circuit) with the sole intention of bringing Amp Modeling to a whole new level. The DSP industry has been evolving at breakneck speed, and keeping up can be a challenge. Nux was impressed that a product like the Fractal® AX-FX had the foresight to use a high-definition TSAC (white-box) algorithm to do its Amp Modeling. So we took note and started development on an affordable modeler with TSAC-HD.
When you tweak the knob, it affects itself as well as other parameters. For a linear digital system, the parameter is independent. The white-box algorithm offers real negative-feedback, increment-by-increment. NUX TSAC-HD replicates the same playability most guitarists prefer in a real tube amplifier.

We ship by FedEx or USPS. We usually ship the same business day if the order is received before 3:00 P.M. EST. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Two day shipment service generally excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Ground service delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday for home delivery, Monday-Friday for commercial addresses.

If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days (60 for Bose). If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost can be deducted from your credit or refund. Returns must be in the complete and

packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner’s Manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.), show no signs of wear or use, and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective Product Received: In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, please contact us. If, during the first 30 days after you receive the product, we determine that it is defective, we will arrange, at our expense, for a pick up of the product and a replacement of the product.
Service for products after 30 days of receipt (60 for Bose) — Please contact the manufacturer directly to locate an authorized service center.
Unopened Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit less our initial shipping cost (even if the product was shipped under a free shipping promotion.) An RMA must be obtained (see Important Policies/Procedures for All Returns below.) Customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to us. It must be sent insured and by a traceable means (e.g., UPS) Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight collect shipments.

Damaged/Lost Shipments: If your shipment (i.e., outer box) arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.

Please write the RA number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself
Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials
If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed
When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue
Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS
Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit
We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered
